God communicate with people through various means, such as through prayer, religious texts, spiritual experiences, and through religious leaders or prophets. The specific means of communication may vary depending on each person. Some people may believe that God communicates directly to them through personal revelations or inner promptings, while others may believe that God communicates through established religious teachings or the guidance of religious leaders.
However, from the scriptures we can learn that "Behold, I am God and have spoken it; these commandments are of me, and were given unto my servants in their weakness, after the manner of their language, that they might come to understanding" (D&C 1:24)
Many people believe that commandments or laws given by God serve as a form of communication. They can be seen as a way for God to convey His expectations and desires for how humanity should live and interact with one another. These commandments or laws can also be viewed as a way for God to reveal His character and nature, and to provide guidance for how to live in alignment with His will and purpose. They can be seen as a means for God to teach and instruct humanity in the ways of righteousness and morality. In this way, commandments can be understood as a form of divine communication, which can help people to understand God's will and to live in a way that is pleasing to God.
In conclusion, God always speak to us in a way that we can understand. He is always guiding us and communicating with us.
