We believe in being...

As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, we have thirteen articles of faith and we strive our lives to life according to those.

An article of faith is a statement of belief that is considered central to religious or philosophical convictions. It is a declaration of fundamental beliefs or principles, and is often used to define the distinctiveness of religious or philosophical tradition. Articles of faith typically outline the core beliefs, and may be used as a means of distinguishing that group from others.

Our thirteen article of faith says: " We believe in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and in doing good to all men; indeed, we may say that we follow the admonition of Paul—We believe all things, we hope all things, we have endured many things, and hope to be able to endure all things. If there is anything virtuous, lovely, or of good report or praiseworthy, we seek after these things.

The way that we use this article of faith to guide our desicions is that we remember what are our beliefs, our divine identity, and our hopes for the future. Remember this is key in our lives because the desicions that we are making should be according to this.
